- Black beans, rinsed and drained: 1/2 cup (120 ml)
- Corn kernels: 1/2 cup (120 ml)
- Jalapenos, sliced: 1-2 (optional for extra kick)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped: For garnish
- Sour cream: For serving
