Instructions

  • Start by washing the fresh mixed berries under cold water.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh mixed berries, ground ginger, and agave syrup or maple syrup.
  • Mix them thoroughly till the berries are well-coated with the syrup and ginger.
  • In a separate bowl, mix chia seeds with coconut milk.
  • Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the chia mixture.
  • Combine the berry mixture with the chia mixture.
  • Stir well until everything is perfectly blended.
  • Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
  • Refrigerate the pudding for at least 3 hours to let it set.
