Preparation for Chicken:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C). Once cooked, remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
Avocado Cream Sauce:
- Halve the avocados, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add the Greek yogurt (or sour cream), garlic cloves, lime juice, cilantro, and chili powder.
- Blend until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, you can add water, a tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
