Ingredients

  • - 1/4 cup Almonds 60g
  • - 2 ripe Bananas
  • - 1 cup Whole milk 240ml
  • - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 120ml
  • - 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract 2.5ml
  • - 1 cup Ice cubes
  • - Optional: 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup 30ml for added sweetness
  • - Optional: A pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Ensure almonds are unsalted. Optionally, soak them overnight for smoother blending.
  • Peel and chunk the bananas.
  • Combine bananas and almonds in a blender.
  • Add whole milk, followed by Greek yogurt.
  • Incorporate vanilla extract for a hint of sweetness.
  • Optionally, sweeten with honey or maple syrup.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Blend on medium to high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  • Taste and optionally add cinnamon for warmth.
