Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a different bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until it becomes fluffy.
Melt the butter and let it cool. Mix it into the egg and sugar mixture.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the egg mixture. Add milk and mix well until the batter is smooth.
Chop the apples and almonds into small pieces. Add these along with the blackcurrants to the batter.
Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup to about two-thirds full.
Bake the Apple, almond, and blackcurrant muffins for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
