Ingredients

  • Tuna canned, drained, and crumbled with love: 1 cup (225g)
  • One beautiful ripe Avocado: 150g
  • A handful of Cherry Tomatoes 80g
  • Quarter of a Red Onion chopped as fine as you like it: 40g
  • Half a Cucumber ready to be sliced: 150g
  • Fresh Lettuce chopped, the greener, the better: 2 cups (130g)
  • FOR THAT ZESTY DRESSING
  • Fresh Lemon Juice squeezed by you: 2 tablespoons (30ml)
  • Good ol’ Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons 30ml
  • Salt to match your mood: 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g)
  • Pepper as spicy as you want: 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g)
  • Some Fresh Parsley chopped by hand: 1 tablespoon (4g)

Instructions

  • Mix that tuna, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and lettuce in a big bowl.
  • Dressing time! Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl till it sings.
  • Pour it over that beautiful salad you’ve made and give it a good toss.
  • Split it between two plates and dig in. Avocado Tuna Salad, here you come!
