Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a border around the edges.
Sprinkle the minced garlic and mixed herbs over the sauce.
Next, scatter those tasty baked beans all over.
Top it off with both mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
Distribute the diced red bell pepper and chopped onion.
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Pop the pizza into the oven and bake for around 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Once done, remove from oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
