Ingredients

For Your Cod Fillets:

  • Four 6-ounce or 170-gram cod pieces
  • Two lemons all sliced up
  • Four garlic cloves minced good (that’s about 8 grams)
  • Fresh parsley a nice handful (15 grams), all chopped
  • A couple of tablespoons of olive oil 30 milliliters
  • Salt and pepper as you like it

And for That Tasty Herb Crust:

  • Half a cup breadcrumbs 60 grams
  • Fresh thyme 2 tablespoons, chopped (8 grams)
  • Oregano another 2 tablespoons, chopped (8 grams)
  • A tablespoon of zesty lemon zest
  • Melted butter 2 tablespoons (30 grams)
  • Salt and pepper to your taste

Instructions

  • Warm Up the Oven: 400°F (200°C) should do the trick.
  • Cod Time: Season those beautiful fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Mix Those Herbs: Combine garlic, parsley, olive oil, lemon slices.
  • Crust It Up: Mix breadcrumbs, thyme, oregano, lemon zest, butter, salt, pepper.
