Ingredients

CHICKEN TIME!

  • 4 chicken breasts about 6 oz or 170g each
  • 2 tablespoons or 30 ml of olive oil
  • A teaspoon or 5 g of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon 5 g of salt
  • Half a teaspoon or 2.5 g of black pepper

THAT AMAZING GLAZE

  • ½ cup or 120 ml of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons or 45 ml of honey
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon or 1.25 g of crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon or 1.25 g of salt

Instructions

  • Get that grill nice and hot on medium-high.
  • Mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Feel the excitement?
  • Rub it all over the chicken breasts, make sure they’re well coated.
  • Grill those babies for 6-8 minutes each side or until fully cooked.
  • For the glaze, simmer the balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt on medium heat. Cook until it’s reduced by half. Yep, patience!
  • Brush the glaze on the grilled chicken and grill for 2 more minutes each side.
  • Done? Take your Balsamic Glazed Grilled Chicken off the grill, let it rest for 5 minutes, and voila!
