Ingredients

  • Flour – 1/4 cup 60g
  • Baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon 1.25g
  • Salt – a pinch 0.75g
  • Milk – 2 tablespoons 30ml
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon 15ml
  • Grated cheddar cheese – 1 tablespoon 15g
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in your favorite microwave-safe mug.
  • Pour milk and vegetable oil into the mixture and stir until it blends well.
  • Add grated cheese on top of the mixture.
  • Gently break the egg into the mug.
