Start by washing your apples thoroughly. Remove the core and cut them into smaller pieces. No need to peel them; the skin is loaded with nutrients!
In your blender, add the cut apples, rolled oats, ground cinnamon, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes.
If you’re feeling a tad adventurous or want an extra nutritional punch, toss in those chia seeds.
Blend on high speed for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is silky smooth.
Taste the smoothie. If you desire a sweeter touch, add a little more honey or maple syrup and blend for another 20 seconds.
