LET’S GET COOKING!
Start by boiling your pasta as per the package instructions. Don’t forget to add a pinch of salt!
In a large pan, heat the olive oil. Once hot, toss in the minced garlic. Saute till it turns golden.
Drain your canned tuna and flake it into the pan. Give it a good mix.
Now, it’s broccoli time! Throw in the chopped broccoli and stir. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, or until the broccoli starts to soften.
Season with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes if you like a little kick.
Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese. Mix well until it forms a smooth creamy base.
Your pasta should be ready by now. Drain it and add it to the pan. Mix until everything is well-coated in that creamy goodness.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pour the pasta mixture into a baking dish. Top it off with that scrumptious cheddar cheese.
Pop it into the oven and let it bake for about 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Once done, let it sit for a couple of minutes before diving in.
