Ingredients

  • Egg Whites: 6 big ones that’s about 198g
  • Spinach: A nice handful chopped (30g)
  • Bell Peppers: Half a cup all colorful and diced (75g)
  • Tomatoes: Half a cup juicy and diced (100g)
  • Onions: A quarter cup chopped (40g)
  • Garlic: One little clove minced (3g)
  • Whole Wheat Tortillas: 2 of ’em 60g each
  • Low-fat Cheese: Half a cup shredded (50g)
  • Avocado: Half an avocado sliced (100g)
  • Olive Oil: Just a tablespoon 15ml
  • Salt and Pepper: Sprinkle to your heart’s content

Instructions

  • Veggie Time: Get those spinach, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, and garlic all chopped and diced. Set them aside, looking all pretty.
