Ingredients

  • boneless skinless chicken breasts (approximately 8 oz each or 225g)
  • 2 large onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
