  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon [5 ml]
  • Lime juice: from 1 lime
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Fresh cilantro: a handful finely chopped
  • Lime wedges: for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • As it’s warming up, in a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chipotle powder, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
