Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
While the grill heats up, drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets.
Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill.
Cook for 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes. The Grilled Salmon should be slightly opaque in the center.
While the salmon is grilling, let’s prepare the Berry Compote. In a saucepan, combine mixed berries, lemon juice, sugar, and water.
Bring the berry mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until it thickens.
Once thickened, remove from heat and allow to cool.
Serve the Grilled Salmon hot and generously topped with the Berry Compote.
