Start by preheating your grill on medium-high heat.
While the grill heats up, in a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and dill.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon, skin-side down, on the grill.
Grill for about 6-7 minutes, then flip and grill the other side for another 6-7 minutes.
During the final 2 minutes of grilling, brush the lemon sauce generously over the salmon.
Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
