Salt & Pepper: A little goes a long way. 1/2 teaspoon of salt2.5g and a pinch, say 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper (1.25g).
Mango: One bigjuicy one. Dice it up!
Avocado: Yepjust one. Dice it as well.
Red onion: A quarter cup of this finely chopped wonderaround 40g.
Cilantro: Fresh is best! 1/4 cup choppedroughly 15g.
Lime: Squeeze out the juice of one.
Red chili flakes: Optional but oh-so-good! Half a teaspoon1g should do.
Instructions
First Off: Fire up that grill. Medium-high is the sweet spot.
Tuna Time: Lightly brush ’em with olive oil, season both sides. Once the grill’s sizzling, let them sear. Around 3-4 minutes on each side for that perfect medium-rare.
Salsa Magic: In between, whip up the salsa. Mango, avocado, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and those optional chili flakes – in a bowl, mix without mashing. We need those textures!
