Ingredients

  • * 1 cup of almond flour 240 ml
  • * 1/2 cup of chocolate protein powder 120 ml
  • * 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder 60 ml
  • * 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • * 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • * 1/2 cup of almond butter 120 ml
  • * 1/3 cup of honey 80 ml
  • * 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • * 2 large eggs
  • * 1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips 80 ml

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix the almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Beat in the eggs one by one until well combined.
  • Slowly fold in the dry ingredients with the wet mix. Ensure there are no lumps.
  • Finally, mix in the dark chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined 8x8 baking dish.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes. You'll know it's done when the center is set, and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  • Allow the **Hulk Protein Brownies** to cool in the dish for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

1. For an extra protein kick, consider adding protein-packed nuts like walnuts or almonds.
2. If you find the batter too thick, you can add a splash of almond milk to adjust consistency.
3. Want to make it vegan? Substitute eggs with flax eggs.
4. Always store these **Hulk Protein Brownies** in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
