Ingredients

  • Turkey Good ol’ lean ground: 1 pound or about 450 grams
  • Breadcrumbs: Half a cup or around 120 ml
  • Onion Chop it finely: 1 medium-sized, or 150 grams
  • Garlic: 2 cloves minced – get ready for that aroma!
  • Egg: Just one give it a good beating
  • Parsley Fresh is best!: 1/4 cup or 15 grams
  • Salt and Pepper: 1 teaspoon and 1/2 teaspoon respectively or 5 and 2.5 grams
  • Saucy Stuff:
  • Tomato Sauce: 2 cups or 475 ml – because sauce is boss
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon or 15 ml
  • More Garlic: 1 clove minced
  • Basil: 1 tablespoon chopped or 3 grams
  • Salt and Pepper: Your taste buds know best!

Instructions

  • Mix all the meatball stuff together in a big bowl. Yup, all of it.
  • Form into 16 meatballs, around 1 inch each.
  • Chill ’em for 10 minutes. They need to relax too!
  • Cookin’ Time:
  • Heat some oil, cook those meatballs 10-12 minutes. Turn ’em good!
  • In another pan, mix the saucy stuff. Let it bubble for 10 minutes.
  • Combine the meatballs and sauce. 5 more minutes, and bam, you’re done!
