Ingredients

  • * Mango: 1 large 150 grams
  • * Blueberries: 1/2 cup 70 grams
  • * Acai powder: 2 tablespoons 30 grams
  • * Greek yogurt: 1 cup 240 ml
  • * Almond milk: 1/2 cup 120 ml
  • * Honey: 1 tablespoon 15 ml
  • * Chia seeds: 1 tablespoon 15 grams
  • * Granola optional for topping: 1/4 cup (30 grams)
  • * Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Begin by peeling and slicing the mango into chunks.
  • In a blender, combine the mango chunks, blueberries, acai powder, Greek yogurt, and almond milk.
  • Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more of almond milk.
  • Taste test and if desired, add honey for extra sweetness.
  • Pour the blended mixture into two bowls, splitting the quantity evenly.
  • Sprinkle chia seeds on top of each Mango and Blueberry Acai Bowl.
  • Optionally, you can add a layer of granola for some crunch.
  • Finish it off with a few mint leaves for garnish and an extra burst of freshness.
