Toss in ice cubes. This cools down the smoothie, making it refreshingly cold.
Blend the mixture on high until it reaches a creamy, consistent texture.
Taste your smoothie. If you desire a sweeter taste, add honey or maple syrup and blend again for a few seconds.
Once blended to perfection, pour the mixture into two bowls.
