- Start by peeling and dicing the ripe mango. Save a few slices for garnish and toss the rest into a blender. 
- Add Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, ice cubes, and Matcha powder into the blender. 
- Turn the blender to its highest setting and blend until your mixture is smooth and creamy. 
- Once blended, pour the smoothie mix into two separate bowls. 
- Get creative with your toppings! Layer on those mango slices, sprinkle the fresh berries, drizzle some granola, and if you're feeling fancy, add some coconut flakes and chia seeds. 
- With a spoon or fork, mix it slightly to get a beautiful marbled effect.
