Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons 30g
  • Greek Yogurt: 1 cup 240ml
  • Almond milk: 1 cup 240ml
  • Banana: 1 whole
  • Peanut Butter: 2 tablespoons 30g
  • Whey Protein Chocolate: 2 scoops (60g)

Instructions

  • Place banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk into the blender.
  • Add in cocoa powder, peanut butter, and whey protein.
  • Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra creaminess, freeze the banana beforehand.
Use unsweetened almond milk to reduce calorie intake.
