Ingredients

  • Olive oil: A good glug about 3 tablespoons (45 ml)
  • Crunchy sea salt: Just a pinch around 1 teaspoon (5 grams)
  • Cracked black pepper: About 1/2 teaspoon 2.5 grams
  • Rosemary: 2 fresh sprigs because fresh is best
  • Garlic: 3 cloves finely chopped because garlic makes everything better!

Instructions

  • Start by giving those Oakhill potatoes a good rinse. Get rid of any dirt or grit.
  • Get a pot, fill it with water and pop the Oakhill potatoes in.
