  • * Lettuce: 4 large leaves
  • * Tomato: 1 large sliced
  • * Whole grain bread: 4 slices

  • Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (and optional mustard) on two of the slices.

  • Add the sliced tomatoes on top of the bacon.
  • If desired, sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the tomatoes for added flavor.
  • Top with lettuce leaves.
  • If you're feeling adventurous, add some sliced avocado for a creamy twist.
  • Place the remaining bread slices on top, pressing down slightly.
  • Slice the **Leftover Roasted Turkey BLT** in half, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

1. Use whole grain or multi-grain bread for added nutritional benefits and a hearty taste.
2. If you're not a fan of mayo, substitute it with Greek yogurt for a healthier twist.
3. For a smoky flavor, consider adding a slice of smoked cheese.
4. Toasting the bread can add a nice crunch to the **Leftover Roasted Turkey BLT**.
