Stir in the fresh dill and grated parmesan cheese into the egg mixture.
Pour the salmon and onion mixture into the pie crust.
Carefully pour the egg mixture over the salmon.
Place the pie dish in the preheated oven.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the salmon quiche from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
