Ingredients

  • Strawberries: 2 cups around 300 grams
  • Mint leaves fresh from the garden: 10-12 leaves (somewhere around 8 grams)
  • Creamy Greek yogurt: 1 cup 240 milliliters
  • Almond milk or your favorite plant milk: 1/2 cup (120 milliliters)
  • Little chia seeds for that crunch: 2 tablespoons 30 grams
  • Natural honey for a hint of sweetness: 1 tablespoon 15 milliliters
  • Ice cubes: A cup or so however you like it

Instructions

  • First things first, give those strawberries and mint leaves a good wash. Get rid of any little unwanted bits, and then hull the strawberries.
  • Grab your trusty blender. Toss in the strawberries, mint leaves, and ice cubes. Go on, give it a whirl until it’s all velvety and smooth.
  • Time for that Greek yogurt and almond milk. Pour them in and blend away. We’re looking for a lovely mix here.
  • As things are swirling, sprinkle in the chia seeds and drizzle that honey. It’s all about layers of taste and texture, right?
  • Once you’re pleased with the blend, have a little taste. If you need it sweeter, don’t hesitate to add another drizzle of honey.
  • Ready to serve? Split that delicious mix between two bowls.

Notes

When picking strawberries, the juicier and redder, the better. It makes a world of difference to your Strawberry and Mint Smoothie Bowl.
If almond milk isn’t your thing, go ahead and substitute with your preferred plant milk.
For a pudding-like thickness, play around with the Greek yogurt and almond milk ratio.
Elevate the minty vibe with an extra leaf or maybe a dash of mint extract.
Top off your Strawberry and Mint Smoothie Bowl with some fresh strawberry slices, a hint of mint, or a sprinkle of granola.
Think about pairing your bowl with some calming herbal tea or maybe even a cool lemonade.
Always on the move? Pour that mix into a bottle, and you’ve got a tasty companion for your journey.
