Start by preparing your zoodles. Using a spiralizer or julienne peeler, turn the zucchini into noodles. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. Mix until well combined.
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Once hot, add the chicken pieces. Cook until they’re browned on all sides, which should take about 5-7 minutes.
Pour the teriyaki mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for another 5 minutes or until fully cooked through.
Once the chicken is done, add your zoodles to the skillet.
Toss everything together, ensuring the zoodles are well-coated with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes – you want the zoodles to be slightly tender but not overly soft.
Once everything is well combined and cooked, remove from heat.
