Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour [Approximately 120g 4.2 oz]
  • 2 tsp baking powder [Approximately 10ml]
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract [Approximately 5ml]
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted [Approximately 60ml]

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sliced pears and cinnamon. Mix well to ensure the pears are coated evenly.
  • In a separate larger bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the almond milk, ensuring the mixture remains smooth.
