Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS

    Prep Work:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

    Berry Mixture:

    • In a bowl, mix the mixed berries and set them aside. This will give your Berry Nutty Breakfast Oat Bars a juicy burst of flavor.

    Dry Ingredients:

    • In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, crushed walnuts, baking powder, and salt. Mix them thoroughly to ensure the Berry Nutty Breakfast Oat Bars have an even texture.

    Wet Mix:

    • In a third bowl, stir together the almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and almond milk. This mix ensures your bars are moist and sweet.

    Combine:

    • Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mix until well combined.
    • Gently stir in the berry mixture.

    Bake:

    • Transfer the combined mixture to your prepared baking dish.
    • Spread it out evenly using a spatula.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the edges of your Berry Nutty Breakfast Oat Bars are golden brown.

    Cool & Serve:

    • Once baked, let your bars cool in the dish for 10 minutes.
    • Then, transfer them to a cooling rack and allow them to cool completely. This ensures that your bars hold their shape when cut.
