In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the almond butter and honey together until they are easily mixed, usually about 30-45 seconds.
Pour the almond butter and honey mixture into the large mixing bowl with the oats and Kasein protein powder.
Slowly add in the almond milk and vanilla extract, mixing until a sticky dough forms. You can adjust the quantity of almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
If you’ve opted for them, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly and pressing it down firmly.
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt across the top.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours to let the Kasein Protein Bars set.
Once set, use the parchment paper to lift the set mixture out of the dish. Slice into 8 bars.
