Ingredients

  • 8 oz of shrimp 225 grams, peeled and looking beautiful
  • 2 large zucchinis 450 grams, spiralized into lovely noodles
  • 3 cloves of garlic 9 grams, minced and ready to rock
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil 30 ml
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes 150 grams, halved
  • ¼ cup of fresh basil leaves 10 grams, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 15 ml, fresh if you can!
  • Salt and pepper to make it just right
  • A pinch of red pepper flakes if you’re feeling spicy
  • FOR THE LIP-SMACKING SAUCE:
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 30 ml
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce 15 ml
  • 1 teaspoon of honey 5 ml, just a touch of sweetness

Instructions

  • Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey in a bowl.
  • Warm up that olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Toss in the garlic and give it a minute.
  • In goes the shrimp – 2 minutes on each side, and they’ll be pink and perfect.
  • Cherry tomatoes join the party – 2 more minutes.
  • Now for the zucchini noodles – 2-3 minutes until just right.
  • Add the sauce to your Shrimp and Zucchini Noodles and mix it up.
  • Seasoning time – salt, pepper, and those optional red pepper flakes.
  • Lemon juice and basil for the grand finale – one last minute of cooking.
  • Plate it up, and you’re a Shrimp and Zucchini Noodles master!
