7. Chop the mint leaves finely and add them to the mixture.
8. Spread the blanched silver beet leaves evenly on the pastry base.
9. Pour the egg, feta, and mint mixture over the silver beet.
10. Bake the tart in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
