  • A pinch of sea salt

1. Place the almonds in a food processor and blitz until finely ground.
2. Add the cacao powder, dates, orange zest, orange juice, and sea salt. Process until the mixture comes together.
3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball. You should get approximately 24 Choc Jaffa Balls from this recipe.
4. Place the balls on a lined baking tray and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set.
